With RealVitalize, you can fix up your house and get it ready to sell with no hidden fees, no upfront costs, and no interest. Coldwell Banker will cover the cost of the repairs, and you will pay them back at the end of the sale of your house.
Here's how the program works. Coldwell Banker has teamed up with Angie's Network, a network of over 214,000 home improvement specialists. Their only job is to make your home shine. Since there are over 500 different service categories in Angie's Network, almost any project you'd like to have completed can be handled. How It Works Here's how you get started with this program. Give me a call and I'll come over so we can walk through your property. We'll discuss what repairs and improvements will get you the best return when you sell your home. Once we have a good idea of what projects you'd like to have done, we’ll enroll you in the program. Within a day or two, you'll be contacted by a project manager. That project manager will oversee the entire process, helping you choose the right contractors and the right professionals for your project. The two most common questions that I get are what kinds of projects can I have done to my property and how much money can I borrow. The great news is that there's no minimum project cost. We can have little things done, like getting your house cleaned or having some junk removed from the backyard. We can also go much larger, repainting, putting new carpets down, installing new appliances in the kitchen, or even doing a total bathroom or kitchen remodel. What kind of budget do you have to work with? That depends on the price of your home, but it could be as high as $50,000. We can talk a little bit more about budget when we meet.
